This course was a great foundation for anyone starting in IT or Cybersecurity. The material was well-organized and the self-paced format let me move quickly through concepts I already knew while spending more time on new topics like databases, networking, and operating systems. I appreciated the clear explanations and real-world examples that connected theory to practice. The milestones and touchstones were fair and actually helped me retain the information instead of just memorizing it for a test. Sophia’s platform is easy to navigate, and I was able to complete the course while balancing other classes. The transcript was certified quickly after I finished. I’d recommend ITT-111 to any student who needs transferable IT credit or wants a solid overview before diving into more technical courses
